2. Client Services & Labour Hire Agreements

All specific operational management, outsourced department structuring, and professional staffing engagements provided by AHG are governed by independent, formally executed Client Service Agreements. In the event of any inconsistency between these online Terms of Service and a formally executed Client Service Agreement, the provisions of the executed Client Service Agreement shall prevail.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including but not limited to brand logos, custom graphics, editorial content, digital assets, and structural code—is the property of Anytime Hospitality Group and is fully protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. Commercial reproduction or unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Regulatory Representation

AHG officially warrants that it operates as a Fully Licensed Labour Hire Provider under the Victorian Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018. We maintain all necessary public liability insurances, professional indemnity covers, and mandatory workers' compensation structures for all deployed professional staff.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AHG, its executive leadership, or its affiliates be liable for any consequential, indirect, or speculative damages arising out of the use or inability to use the digital resources published on this website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria.
